Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised ING Bank Śląski S.A. on the financing of a portfolio of seven residential projects owned by Van der Vorm Poland

The portfolio comprises newly developed and refurbished assets in Warsaw and Cracow, delivering a total of 554 residential units, 141 student housing units and 47 short-stay units. The financing, exceeding PLN 200 million, underscores investor confidence in Poland’s residential and living sector.

Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised ING Bank Śląski S.A. on all financing aspects of the transaction, including the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the financing and security package, as well as supporting the parties through to a successful closing.
