He specializes in advising domestic and international financial institutions and investors on debt financing, including real estate, acquisition, and corporate projects. His experience also includes advising on debt restructuring processes, where he has advised leading Polish banks and international sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in top-tier banking and finance teams at British and American law firms.
His practice primarily involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, particularly security documents and legal opinions, analyzing intercreditor agreements, loan agreements, and financial documents, preparing and analyzing corporate documents, and coordinating the fulfillment of conditions precedent to the release of financing. He works for leading companies in the real estate, industrial, and private equity sectors.
