• acting for the financial guarantor in relation to the Technaf Solar Project, Bangladesh, a multi-award winning project, the first English law project finance transaction and the first utility-scale, grid connected solar project in Bangladesh
• advising a global bank (based in Singapore) in respect of the implementation of an artificial intelligence HR platform to align the skills and expertise of employees with available positions, including preparing a best practice data governance framework
• advising several of the largest UK financial institutions on compliance, lobbying and technical build requirements relating to Open Banking requirements placed upon them by the Competition and Markets Authority
• representing a major US financial services company in obtaining money transmission licenses in 48 states and ongoing compliance advice related to money transmission
• representing a major global payment processor in the formation, renewal and international expansion of its various joint ventures with some of the world's largest financial institutions, which service hundreds of thousands of merchants and are some of the largest US merchant payment card processing companies
• advising a seven bank consortium in Hong Kong in relation to the launch of eTradeConnect - a DLT based trade finance platform, negotiating the platform service agreement signed by each of the seven banks and advising on the governance framework and all agreements between banks and corporate clients
• advising a leading investment management firm in its multimillion GBP software licensing disputes with IBM and SAP
• advising a global bank on the outsourcing of services in over 65 countries across EMEA, Asia Pacific and North and South America in one of the world's largest facilities management outsourcing contracts
