Eversheds Sutherland avusti Sysart Oy:n osakkeenomistajia, mukaan lukien perustajaosakkaat Petri Mäenpää ja Ari Pikkarainen sekä vähemmistöosakkaat, Sysart Oy:n koko osakekannan myynnissä Rakettitiede Oy:lle. Sysartin perustajat Petri Mäenpää ja Ari Pikkarainen siirtyvät Rakettitieteen partnereiksi ja jatkavat yhtiössä operatiivisissa rooleissa. Sysart on ohjelmisto- ja teknologiayritys, jonka kehittäjät rakentavat web-, mobiili-, data- ja tekoälyratkaisuja muun muassa terveydenhuollon, finanssialan, teollisuuden ja palvelualojen tarpeisiin. Rakettitiede on helsinkiläinen IT-yritys, joka tarjoaa ohjelmistokehityspalveluita konsultointimallilla. Osapuolia yhdistää yhteinen tavoite liiketoiminnan kasvattamisesta. Yritysjärjestelyn myötä syntynyt lähes 90 asiantuntijan organisaatio palvelee asiakkaita laajasti eri toimialoilla terveydenhuollosta ja finanssialasta aina teollisuuteen ja pelialaan.
