Chancellor advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters and seeking to enforce their intellectual property rights.
He also counsels clients regarding intellectual property portfolio management, in addition to intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Chance interned for Global Patent Solutions where he examined PCT applications for patentability and compliance with US/PCT formalities as ISA for USPTO. In 2018, he participated in the Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate program.
