The Polish part of the transaction was handled by a team from the Warsaw office of Eversheds Sutherland led by Grzegorz Barszcz (Counsel, M&A) and included: Piotr Słoniowski (Associate, M&A), Jowita Prokop (Senior Associate, Commercial), Aleksandra Tylińska (Associate, Litigation), dr Dariusz Aziewicz (Senior Associate, Competition).
