Eversheds Sutherland Welcomes Back Jenny Lambert as Corporate Partner in Atlanta, Strengthening Firm’s Tech-Focused Corporate Governance, Compliance and Transactional CapabilitiesJune 18, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to welcome back Jenny Lambert to the firm’s Corporate Practice Group as a partner in Atlanta. With extensive in-house legal leadership experience in technological transformation, she will support clients with commercial and technology transactions, AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and outsourcing. Having led complex transactions and advised on global compliance strategies, Ms. Lambert is known as a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders of technology companies, helping them balance innovation with governance and compliance. “I am thrilled to welcome Jenny back to the firm. Returning with nearly 15 years of in-house experience, she will enhance our ability to provide regulatory and transactional guidance in technology and data-driven areas that are central in boardroom discussions globally,” said Lino Mendiola, Global Co-CEO and US Chief Executive of Eversheds Sutherland. Ms. Lambert most recently served as SVP & General Counsel, Data Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary of PRGX Global, Inc., a provider of tech and AI-enabled recovery audit and contract management services and data intelligence software. Previously, Ms. Lambert was in-house counsel at several global companies, with a focus on managing, drafting and negotiating domestic and international commercial and strategic corporate transactions, including complex technology contracts. She began her career at Eversheds Sutherland, where she was an associate in the Corporate Practice Group for five years. In addition to Ms. Lambert, the group recently welcomed Corporate Partner David Phillips and in the last month has advised Fiserv, Inc. on creating the first operational merchant acquirer limited purpose bank (MALPB) and represented Corpay, Inc. on its definitive agreement to make an investment in AvidXchange Holdings, Inc. as part of a transaction to take AvidXchange private alongside TPG in a cash transaction valued at $2.2 billion.
