(“EEC”) through a wholly owned subsidiary, Qatar Welding and Fabrication Supplies (QFAB) W.L.L. Eversheds Sutherland has advised Al Mahhar Holding Q.P.S.C., a Qatari Public Shareholding Company listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange (“Al Mahhar”), a leading provider of specialised services and products to the energy and infrastructure sectors in Qatar, on the successful completion of its acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in European Equipment Company W.L.L. (“EEC”) through a wholly owned subsidiary, Qatar Welding and Fabrication Supplies (QFAB) W.L.L.
