Eversheds Sutherland advises Quad/Graphics, Inc on the completion of the sale of its European operations

The English, Polish and French offices of Eversheds Sutherland advised Quad/Graphics, Inc on the international transaction for the sale of the European operations of the Quad/Graphics, Inc group to Capmont GmbH, a German alternative asset management platform.
