Eversheds Sutherland Welcomes Amie Davidson as Konexo US Head of Resourcing Strategy and Markets, Strengthening Its Interim Resourcing Capabilities

Ms. Davidson will lead the strategy development and go-to-market approach for Konexo US’s interim legal resourcing offering, which supports clients with flexible staffing for a wide range of legal and regulatory needs across key sectors including financial services, technology and other regulated industries.

Developed by Eversheds Sutherland, Konexo delivers global alternative legal services and consulting to support in-house legal, compliance and human resources functions. The platform streamlines data-driven work—including litigation assistance, e-discovery, regulatory research, contract review and re-papering assignments—in a fast, high-quality and cost-effective manner.

Ms. Davidson has over 20 years of transatlantic industry experience gained through multiple business roles at major international law firms, a Big Four consultancy and a law firm captive ALSP. She has executed on global business strategy, team building, client development and retention, among other high-level responsibilities as a key strategist for legal services business lines and teams. Most recently, Ms. Davidson led the expansion of a global law firm’s flexible talent business into the US, running the US business for the last four years.

In addition to her legal resourcing focus, Ms. Davidson will also help drive growth across Konexo’s additional service lines, including managed services, consulting, financial crimes and eDiscovery and litigation support.
 
Ms. Davidson’s arrival follows the early 2025 joining of Mr. Ghaznavi. In February 2025, Richard Chudzynski joined as Head of Konexo Middle East and in July 2025, Emma Mitchell joined as a Managing Director of Konexo’s financial services team.
