Ludwig’s main areas of practice include national and international mergers and acquisitions, and he regularly advises clients on corporate law matters, including cross-border reorganisations, capital raisings, and incentive programmes. With experience in both private and listed companies across various sectors such as industries, IT, energy, and med-tech, Ludwig is committed to provide comprehensive legal support tailored to each client’s needs.
Ludwig joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2023, having previously worked for a large law firm in Stockholm, where he gained experience working on national and international M&A, for both private equity and industrial clients, as well as general corporate law matters.
