We advised Summa Defence on its EUR 8 million bridge financing

Eversheds Sutherland acted as legal advisor to Summa Defence Oyj on an EUR 8.0 million bridge financing arrangement with Largus Holding AB, signed on 5 June 2026.
Summa Defence is a Finnish defence and security technology group listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in both Helsinki and Stockholm. Largus Holding AB is a privately owned Swedish investment company. The bridge facility is intended to strengthen the group's short-term liquidity and working capital as it prepares longer-term financing solutions.
Eversheds Sutherland advised the company on the financing arrangement, including the loan and security documentation. The engagement has run across several stages, and the work is expected to continue as the company progresses its longer-term financing.
