Dr Thomas Barth is a Principal Associate in the Labour and Employment Law Practice Group at Eversheds Sutherland in Frankfurt.
Thomas has extensive experience advising on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions and the implementation of post-closing measures. His practice focuses in particular on carve-outs, transfers of undertakings and business reorganisations, including the negotiation with employee representative bodies.
