Eversheds Sutherland Sweden has advised the sellers of Bosphorus AB and Scandinavian Food Partner AB connection with their divestment of the companies to Fresh Servant Oy Ab.
Bosphorus is a food company specializing in salads and other fresh, plant-based dishes, as well as ready-to-eat meals. It has an annual turnover of around €13 million and currently employs 65 people with a factory located in Tumba.
 
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Jens André, Victor Frejdig (f.d. Sundh) and Ludwig Eriksson.
