We advised Frasers Group Plc on Acquisition of Three Retail Property Assets in Finland

Eversheds Sutherland advised Frasers Group Plc, the parent company of XXL, on its acquisition of three retail property assets in Lahti, Espoo and Hämeenlinna. 

The first transaction involved the acquisition of a single asset in Lahti from VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy, completed in July 2026. The second transaction closed in September 2026 and involved the acquisition of two asset portfolio located in Espoo and Hämeenlinna from S-Pankki Toimitila Erikoissijoitusrahasto. 

We acted as the principal legal advisor to Frasers Group throughout both transactions. The properties are located in prominent retail areas in their respective cities. 

The matter was handled by Saara Kyhälä, Markus Rämö and Henri Minkkinen.
