Giovanni is a Counsel of the Employment and Pensions department of our Milan office.
He specializes in labor law and trade union relations, and advises in both contentious and noncontentious employment-related matters. In particular, Giovanni provides national and international companies with assistance in the ordinary management of human resources and in the related litigation matters.
Giovanni has acquired considerable experience in all employment-related matters and, in particular, in the management and termination of employment and self-employment contracts, including agency contracts. Moreover, he has significant experience in the implementation of restructuring and reorganization plans, being actively involved in trade unions consultation procedures relating to reduction of workforce and transfer of business.
He has written several articles on labor law matters issued on specialized magazines.
