Eversheds Sutherland secures further UK Government mandateJanuary 05, 2023 Eversheds Sutherland has been appointed to Crown Commercial Service’s (CSS) RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services panel.Eversheds Sutherland has strengthened its status as a key strategic adviser with its appointment to CCS’s RM6240 Legal Services Panel for the next four years. This latest panel appointment continues the success of the firm’s sector strategy since the creation of its dedicated Governments & Infrastructure sector group in 2020. This panel will provide a comprehensive range of commonly in demand legal services such as litigation, dispute resolution, procurement and corporate law as well as more specific legal services in certain specialisms, such as employment, property and construction, pensions and education, amongst others. The panel is available to all approved UK public sector bodies and their associated bodies, including Health & Education, Local and Regional Government, Emergency Services and Third Sector organisations, Ministerial and Non Ministerial Central Government departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies. The Public Sector Legal Services Framework (RM6240) will replace the current Wider Public Services (RM3788) agreement which expired in September 2022.
