As part of the strengthening of the firm's offering in the field of capital markets, Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Mark Falkner as a partner as of 1 January 2024.

Mark Falkner specializes in corporate law and in particular in advising on capital raisings, IPOs, and corporate governance.
