Our Global M&A team has joined forces with the Aon Global M&A Insurance Team to host a three-part podcast-series regarding M&A trends on both sides of the Atlantic.

In episode 3, we explore the key differences in, and even convergence of some, M&A terms between the US and Europe, including differences in M&A deal terms and conditions between the US and Europe, differences in M&A insurance products (RWI and W&I policies) between the US and Europe, and growing alignment/convergence of M&A deal and insurance terms across the Atlantic.
