Mared Griffiths

She advises on the full range of employment law issues and her practice spans contentious and non-contentious matters. Mared regularly advises in relation to employment disputes, from grievances through to tribunal proceedings (including individual and group claims). Mared has a particular focus within the pay workstream and regularly advises in relation to equal pay issues and claims and in relation to reporting requirements. She also regularly provides advice in relation to the application of TUPE and compliance with consultation requirements.
