We represented Econia Ltd in a corporate transaction

We represented Econia Ltd's shareholders as they sold all shares of the company to Administer Plc, which is listed on Nasdaq First North Helsinki. The unencumbered purchase price of the transaction is EUR 20 million.

Founded in 1996, Econia Ltd is a privately owned Finnish expert company independent of chains and specialising in finance and human resources. The company employs over 400 people on a daily basis. In 2021, Econia's turnover was over EUR 19 million.

The Administer Group is a Finnish company founded in 1985 which provides financial management and payroll administration services, consulting services as well as software services. In 2021, the company’s turnover was EUR 42 million and it employed some 600 people.

The team responsible for the assignment included Partners Harri Tolppanen and Henri Steiner, Specialist Counsel Jarkko Hankaa, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen, Senior Adviser Antti Liimatainen and Project Manager Max Tarkkala.
