Our corporate debt lawyers have a deep understanding of the legal and business environment - some have worked in-house and others have been seconded to clients, so we know what you’ll need to deliver a transaction successfully.
Commercial awareness is a vital part of what we offer you, and we’ll work pragmatically, tailoring legal support to your needs. The focus of our team is always on meeting your objectives for each transaction. We know from experience that good communication and listening to your needs means you’ll get the best service -we’re creative in approach, and that means you’ll get innovative solutions to your legal questions.
You’ll be working with a global top 10 law practice, and an award-winning team of over 150 banking and finance lawyers. We operate across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and US - but we work as one team, across all our offices, and we’ll pull in colleagues in related areas such as tax, M&A, joint ventures and real estate, the moment that you need them.
We can advise you on single bank, multi-bank and syndicated facilities across local and international loan markets - whatever kind of transaction you’re looking at, however complex, we have a transparent approach to pricing, and will deliver against your objectives on time and on budget.
